Moving from Customer Service to Customer Care!
Are you in tune with the basics of offering good customer service most of the time? The transactional boxes are checked as questions are answered, disputes mitigated, orders taken and expert advice provided. Then one day, a relationship is formed! We begin to truly care about the well being of the customer, and our desire to delight them goes to a whole new level. Our attitude shifts from providing good customer service to providing amazing customer care. What does it look like with our customers when the ‘service-to-care’ transformation occurs? How does our organization’s culture evolve? What is the impact on our co-workers and for us personally and professionally?
In this fast paced 3-hour interactive workshop, participants will have an opportunity to re-kindle that passion for providing customer care that sets our organizations out as true leaders in our field.
